Designer
We are looking for a Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can create clean, modern, and user-friendly designs for web applications, mobile applications, websites, and digital products.
The candidate should have strong practical experience with Figma, UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, responsive layouts, and design systems .
The candidate should be comfortable understanding requirements, converting ideas into user flows and interfaces, improving existing designs, and working closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
We are also looking for someone who actively uses modern AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity, explore ideas, create variations, and speed up the design process without compromising design quality.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into simple user experiences.
- Improve existing application screens and workflows.
- Work closely with developers during design implementation.
- Review implemented UI and identify design inconsistencies.
- Create website pages, landing pages, dashboards, forms, and application modules.
- Prepare design assets and specifications for development.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, colors, components, and layouts.
- Handle multiple design tasks and projects when required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Candidates are not required to know every design tool listed above. Strong Figma skills, UI/UX understanding, practical design experience, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are more important.
