React + AdonisJS Developer
We are looking for a React + AdonisJS Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can work on both frontend and backend development and take ownership of assigned features/modules from requirement understanding through development and testing.
The candidate should have strong practical experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, AdonisJS, REST APIs, and MySQL/PostgreSQL .
The candidate should also be comfortable working on existing projects, debugging issues, integrating third-party APIs, and learning other technologies such as Angular, Laravel, or Python/Django when required.
We are also looking for someone who actively uses modern AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve development speed, understand codebases, debug issues, and build complex functionality.
- Develop frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Develop backend APIs and business logic using AdonisJS / Node.js.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL, models, relationships, migrations, and queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, CRUD modules, file uploads, and business workflows.
- Work with React components, hooks, routing, forms, and API integration.
- Understand and modify existing React/AdonisJS projects.
- Debug frontend, backend, API, and database issues.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Use Git for version control and follow coding standards.
- Take ownership of assigned modules through development and testing.
- Adapt to new frameworks or technologies when required.
- Strong JavaScript / ES6+ fundamentals.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with AdonisJS / Node.js.
- REST API development and integration.
- HTML5, CSS3, and responsive development.
- MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Git / GitHub.
- Authentication and authorization.
- Database design and SQL queries.
- AdonisJS models, migrations, controllers, middleware, and relationships.
- React components, hooks, routing, forms, and API integration.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand existing application architecture.
Practical experience with one or more AI development tools such as:
Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
Candidate should be comfortable using AI to:
- Understand existing and unfamiliar codebases.
- Plan implementation of modules.
- Generate and refactor code.
- Debug frontend/backend issues.
- Research technical solutions.
- Write or improve tests.
- Speed up development without compromising code quality.
Experience or familiarity with any of the following:

- Can handle both React frontend and AdonisJS backend development.
- Understands the complete flow: UI → API → Business Logic → Database.
- Can independently understand and work on an existing project.
- Can build and maintain REST APIs.
- Can work with database relationships, migrations, and queries.
- Can learn a new framework quickly when required.
- Uses AI development tools effectively to increase productivity.
- Can investigate and resolve technical issues independently.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and delivers production-ready code.
Candidates are not required to know every additional framework listed above. Strong React + AdonisJS experience, API/database skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability are more important.
