Job Role Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can work across both frontend and backend development and take ownership of features and modules from requirement understanding through development and testing.

Our primary stack is React.js + Node.js/AdonisJS, but the candidate should have strong development fundamentals and be comfortable learning or working with other technologies such as Angular, Laravel or Python/Django based on project requirements.

We are also looking for someone who actively uses modern AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar tools to improve development speed, understand existing codebases, debug problems and build complex functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
Develop backend APIs and business logic using Node.js / AdonisJS.
Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL, database models, relationships, migrations and queries.
Implement authentication, authorization, CRUD modules, file uploads and business workflows.
Understand and modify existing projects and codebases.
Debug frontend, backend, API and database issues.
Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
Use Git for version control and follow coding standards.
Take ownership of assigned features/modules from development through testing.
Adapt to new frameworks or technologies when required.

Required Skills

Strong JavaScript / ES6+ fundamentals.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience with Node.js and REST API development.
HTML5, CSS3 and responsive development.
MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Git / GitHub.
API integration and third-party services.
Authentication and authorization.
Database design and SQL queries.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand existing application architecture.

AI-Assisted Development

Practical experience with one or more AI development tools such as:

Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar tools.

Candidate should be comfortable using AI to:

Understand existing and unfamiliar codebases.
Plan implementation of complex modules.
Generate and refactor code.
Debug complex frontend/backend issues.
Research technical solutions.
Write or improve tests.
Speed up development without compromising code quality.

The candidate must be able to review, understand, debug and modify AI-generated code instead of blindly relying on generated solutions.

Good to Have

Experience or familiarity with any of the following:

Candidates are not required to know every framework listed above. Strong full-stack fundamentals, React/JavaScript experience, backend/API skills, problem-solving ability and adaptability are more important.
