Job Description

We are looking for a Fresher Developer with strong programming logic, problem-solving ability, and hands-on development practice who is comfortable working on both frontend and backend tasks.

Our primary technologies include React.js, Node.js/AdonisJS, MySQL/PostgreSQL , and the candidate should have practical experience with at least one small working project involving frontend, backend APIs, and database integration .

The candidate should also be comfortable learning or working with other technologies such as Angular, Laravel, or Python/Django based on project requirements.

We are also looking for someone who actively uses modern AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools to learn faster, understand code, debug issues, and improve development productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop frontend features using React.js and JavaScript.
Work with backend APIs using Node.js / AdonisJS.
Build and integrate basic REST APIs.
Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL, models, migrations, relationships, and queries.
Develop CRUD modules and basic business workflows.
Work on authentication and authorization functionality.
Connect frontend applications with backend APIs.
Understand and modify existing code.
Debug basic frontend, backend, API, and database issues.
Write clean and reusable code.
Use Git for version control.
Test assigned functionality before completion.
Learn and adapt to new frameworks and technologies when required.

Required Skills

Strong programming logic and problem-solving ability.
Good JavaScript / ES6+ fundamentals.
Hands-on practical experience with React.js and/or AdonisJS / Node.js.
Must have built at least one working project using frontend + API + database.
HTML5, CSS3, and responsive development.
Basic REST API understanding.
CRUD operations.
MySQL and/or PostgreSQL basics.
Git / GitHub basics.
Arrays, objects, functions, loops, and conditions.
Basic authentication and authorization concepts.
Database relationships and SQL basics.
Ability to debug and understand existing code.

AI-Assisted Development

Practical experience or familiarity with one or more AI development tools such as:

Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.

Candidate should be comfortable using AI to:

Understand existing code.
Learn unfamiliar concepts or frameworks.
Generate basic code.
Debug development issues.
Refactor code.
Research technical solutions.
Write or improve basic tests.
Speed up development and learning.

The candidate must be able to understand, verify, modify, and explain AI-generated code instead of directly copying it without understanding.

Good to Have

Experience or familiarity with any of the following:

Candidates are not expected to know every framework listed above. Strong programming logic, practical React.js / AdonisJS / Node.js experience, basic development understanding, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn are more important.
